The National Platform consists of:
In order to create the National Platform of Sports Integrity (hereinafter - the National Platform) in pursuance of the provisions of the Macolin Convention, in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine 1 No. 426 dated 10.02.202 a Working Group was established to develop the Concept and Regulations of the National Platform of Sports Integrity (hereinafter - the Working Group) with the participation of representatives of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, the National Police of Ukraine, the National Agency on Corruption Prevention, the Commission for Regulation of Gambling anf Lotteries, the National Olympic Committee of Ukraine and the Ukrainian Association of Football.
During 2021, several meetings of the Working Group were held to work on the future of the National Platform and its draft regulations; to discuss areas of cooperation with other government agencies, sports organisations, and private sector (business) to ensure the effective implementation of the provisions of the Macolin Convention.
Order No. 3567 of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine dated 22.09.2022 approved the composition and regulations of the Working Group "National Platform of Sports Integrity", an advisory body under the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine aimed at coordinating issues related to countering the manipulation of sports competitions.
The National Platform may also invite as observers representatives of Ukrainian sports associations, other structures responsible for organising and ensuring the conduct of official sports competitions and determining the results of these competitions, conducting relevant inspections and making decisions based on their results, as well as those whose field of activity is related to the issues discussed during the meetings of the National Platform.
