Players of national youth volleyball teams learned basic principles of integrity in sport

Sviatoslav Syrota, a member of the National Platform of Sports Integrity and representative of the NGO Play Fair, together with Oleksandr Tsyliura, Integrity Officer of the Ukrainian Volleyball Federation, organised a seminar for players of the national U-16 boys' and girls' volleyball teams on the topic of maintaining integrity in sports and combating manipulation of sports competitions.

With the assistance of the National Platform, players of national youth volleyball teams learned about the risks of manipulating sports competitions and efforts to combat them through education, training and information dissemination.

Particular attention was paid to examples of recent high-profile cases of combating the largest match-fixing schemes in global and national sports.
