Digital integrity and new approaches: National platform strengthens analytical work and announces educational program
On June 19, a meeting of the Interagency Working Group «National Platform of Sports Integrity» was held under the chairmanship of Oleksiy Perevezentsev, Deputy Head of the National Platform, First Vice President of the NOC of Ukraine.

During the opening of the meeting, Oleksiy Perevezentsev introduced the new members of the working group - Andriy Nekrutov, an expert of the National Platform, and Yulia Polyak, a representative of the State Agency of Ukraine PlayCity.
The key issue on the agenda was the presentation of the updated information system of the National Platform. Vitaliy Lavrov, Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports of Ukraine for Digital Development, Digital Transformation and Digitalization, presented the functionality of the digital platform to the members of the working group. In the presentation, it was noted that the updated system allows for much more efficient processing of reports of possible cases of manipulation of sports competitions. It combines all registered cases into a single information base with a chronology of events, detailed signals and processing results. The system provides convenient search, analytics, and the ability to identify links between individual cases. This creates the basis for the formation of evidence arrays and interagency cooperation at a fundamentally new level.

In addition, the concept of the training course «Playing Fair: A Course on Integrity, Safety and Responsibility in Sports» developed by the National Platform's experts was presented and discussed. The course is planned to be launched on the Diia.Osvita platform. The concept and structure of the future educational product were presented by Natalia Radchuk and Andriy Nekrutov.

They also reviewed the current state of processing reports of possible cases of manipulation of sports results. Particular attention was paid to the analysis of the educational activities already carried out, in particular in the context of preparing Ukrainian athletes for the 2025 World Games in Chengdu. It was emphasized that educational activities with sports federations and national teams remain one of the key tools for preventing manipulation in sports. The Secretariat of the National Platform plans to increase the number of such events to reach more participants in the Ukrainian sports movement.
The meeting once again confirmed the importance of strategic interaction between government agencies, the sports environment and digital solutions for the formation of fair sport at the national level.
